Hi, I’m Kate Bittle — Marketing Manager, MBA
I lead marketing efforts that grow Music & Arts’ rental business across schools, our website, and retail stores. For the school field team, I develop marketing materials that make in-school rental events easier to execute and design campaigns that generate new leads. I also launched 29 Back-to-School in-store rental events, introduced SEO strategies to improve online visibility, and manage PPC campaigns targeting 15% year-over-year rental growth.
National events and trade shows are another focus, including more than 45 trade shows, two annual educator receptions, and the Music & Arts Clinic, which brings together 300+ educators each year. From planning and logistics to marketing, these events strengthen school partnerships, support rental growth, and showcase Music & Arts’ value to educators nationwide.
I also develop vendor partnerships through co-branded marketing campaigns, promotions, and event collaboration. By aligning strategies with vendor goals, I strengthen relationships, increase visibility, and drive sales across the School Services channel and web.
